Getting to Nelson

Flying to Nelson

The closest airport is Nelson Airport, which is only a short drive from Pro Karts Nelson and the Tāhunanui area.

Nelson Airport has regular flights from major New Zealand centres, making it easy for competitors to travel to the championship.

Driving to Nelson

If you are travelling by car, Nelson is easily accessible from across the top of the South Island.

There is parking available at Pro Karts Nelson for competitors and spectators.

Getting Around Nelson

Many competitors choose to stay in Tāhunanui because it is close to the track, beach, food options and airport.

Depending on where you stay, you may be able to walk to Pro Karts Nelson. Taxis and rideshare options are also available in Nelson.
