🏁 FOUR WEEKS TO GO – THE IORK 2026 COUNTDOWN IS ON!

We are officially just FOUR WEEKS away from IORK 2026!

From 15–18 October, Pro Karts Nelson will come alive for four huge days of rental kart racing, and things are starting to get very real.

Entries continue to come in, many categories are filling up and some now have very limited spots remaining.

If you are still planning to race at IORK 2026 but haven't entered yet, now is the time to lock in your place.

IMPORTANT – CHECK YOUR WEIGHT AND CATEGORY NOW

With IORK getting close, now is the time to weigh yourself.

Please don't rely on what you weighed several months ago. Check your current weight and make sure you are entered in the correct category.

If your weight has changed and you believe you should be racing in a different category, contact us as soon as possible.

SEVEN DAY CATEGORY CHANGE CUTOFF

Once we are seven days out from IORK, you will no longer be able to change categories.

That makes it really important to check your weight well before the cutoff.

If you're unsure about your category or think you may need to change, please contact us and we'll help get it sorted.

UNDER 50 KG? PLEASE CONTACT US

A reminder for any drivers who weigh under 50 kg.

You will be required to use a weight vest to bring yourself up to the minimum 50 kg requirement.

If this applies to you, please contact us before the event so we can assist you and make sure everything is organised.

We want to have these situations sorted well before race weekend rather than discovering an issue when you arrive.

If you have entered IORK 2026, do not forget to submit your driver profile.

More competitor profiles will be released over the coming weeks, helping everyone get to know the drivers who will be battling for this year’s national titles.

Some of our favourite profiles will also be featured in the official IORK 2026 Championship Race Programme.

Make sure you send yours in so we can introduce you to the IORK community and potentially feature your story in the programme.

After months of preparation, IORK 2026 is almost here.

15–18 October 2026.

Four huge days of rental kart racing, multiple categories, Heats, Semis, Finals, and the New Zealand Teams Endurance Championship.

There is plenty happening over the next four weeks, and we'll continue to release more information as race weekend approaches.

If you still need to enter, don't leave it too late.
